The First Phase of Accu-Tech Overseas After-Sales Service Training Courses In 2016

From Feb. 29 to Mar. 5 2016, Accu-Tech held its first phase of overseas after-sales service engineer training courses this year, Mr.David and Miguel, engineers from South America after-sales service center, attended this training.

In order to establish a perfect after-sale service system, and help our distributors to built it’s quick, quality and professional after-sales service center, Accu-Tech create a set of normative technical support training courses. These courses can help improve engineers’ technical competence and comprehensive quality. The goal of these courses is to train engineers’ abilities of check and solve problems.

These courses mainly adopted the pattern that combining the basic knowledge of theory and   Physical contrast as well as hands on operation. These courses placed emphasis on the Professional knowledge and skills. There are two main parts of these training courses. The first one is checking and repairing the breakdowns of ACU-H2B、ACU-H2G, the second is operating and surgical considerations of Accu-Tech morcellator.

During these training courses, we also arranged an observation of live operation demonstration in Peking University Third Hospital, one of the best hospitals in Beijing, even in China. Peking University Third Hospital has a high reputation in Domestic Urology Surgery. Meanwhile, Peking University Third Hospital is a loyal user of Accu-Tech and has 2 ACU-H2G devices. As a clinical study site of Accu-Tech morcellator, Prof. Xiao Chunlei demonstrated flexible ureterorenoscope lithotripsy and HoLEP. Prof. Xiao is a famous expert of HoLEP in China.
